This position can be based in Neenah, Knoxville or Roswell.
Lead large projects or a number of smaller projects
simultaneously, or be a senior team member on a large
project with significant business impact. May assist with
project supervision of Senior Analyst I or below or
contracted personnel.
As an MIS team member, lead large projects or a number of
smaller projects, in a timely, diligent, and professional
manner to accomplish the objectives within prescribed scope
and schedule. Adapt and apply advanced skill in the use of
project management techniques and methodology to meet
project requirements.
Coach and mentor other team members and monitor staff
effectiveness. Exhibit an expert understanding of the
functional or technical disciplines to identify
opportunities to leverage information technology to
achieve business objectives and assist in deployment.
Demonstrate effective client and peer relationships and
become recognized as a credible partner in determining
information technology solutions that meet business goals.
Contribute to an environment in which all team members are
respected regardless of their individual differences and
are motivated to improve both their individual and team
contributions to achieve desired business results.
A Bachelors degree with 3+ years of SAP BI/BW (Business Intelligence) experience.
with demonstrated skills or 9-11 or more years of applied
experience required.
The BW/BI technical analyst is a role within the North Atlantic BW Development team which partners with the Information Access and Delivery (IAD) ITS team to translate functional requirements into technical requirements in order to establish technical BW blueprints for reporting development initiatives. The BW/BI technical analyst is responsible for the analysis and design of the BW/BI configuration as well as the unit test plan design, ensuring that once the back-end configuration is completed, the unit test plan has been completed accurately and successfully and results have been accurately recorded. The BW/BI technical analyst is also responsible for enforcing and ensuring BW/BI development standards are followed and maintaining those standards. The technical analyst is required to fully understand all aspects of the BW/BI technology in order to effectively provide direction, support and expertise to the ITS work streams.
