ITS Business Partner Consultant-Cust Collab/POS – Appleton

This ITS Business Partner will be focused on the business-related information technology (IT) needs of Kimberly Clark’s Supply Chain organizations. Provide consulting services to corporate and business unit Supply Chain organizations to ensure technology investments support and enhance strategic objectives.

This position requires comprehensive business and system understanding of supply chains to support a third party Customer Collaboration system solution called Vision Chain which is enabling Kimberly Clark to catch up with our competitors and peers in Point of Sale demand data “sense and respond” capabilities. Preferred skills include experience with 3rd-party Package integration leveraging multiple business processes and/or early version (release 1) software as well as experience in Strategy Development to work with Vision Chain and SAP on integration into other SAP Customer/Shopper/Chooser/User solutions.

Responsibilities include aligning ITS and Supply Chain business strategies; managing a portfolio of strategy-aligned technology needs; working with other groups in IT, external consultants, peer companies and software vendors to understand and influence IT direction related to specific Supply Chain areas; recommending value-adding information technology ideas to clients based upon research; driving system improvements that support fluid business processes; executing effective formal and informal communication techniques with ITS and clients in order to report status, solve problems, and make recommendations; and generally serving as a knowledgeable liaison and advocate for the business in its interactions with IT.

You must have excellent business customer relationship management skills, Supply Chain business acumen and engagement skills. The ideal candidate will possess good technology awareness as it relates to Supply Chain business solutions as well as business process development & requirements analysis skills. You will also have outstanding collaboration, influence and communication skills. Strong innovative and analytical skills, facilitation skills, creativity and vision are also required.

A Bachelors degree with 7 years of relevant Supply Chain experience or 9-11 or more years of applied experience required
