ITS ANALYST II-NH – Appleton

This position is a Role Definition Analyst for SAP Security on the Integrated Solutions Delivery (ISD) team.

This role is member of the ISD – User database/Role Definition team (UDRD) and works closely with business teams and project teams to ensure that SAP security roles are established and maintained in accordance with project design requirements and meet all internal control and regulatory requirements

The primary objective of the UDRD team is to create and maintain SAP security roles that enable users to successfully execute their business process responsibilities by receiving the right SAP security access at the right time after completion of their training requirements.

As our newest Role Definition Analyst you will collaborate with subject matter experts throughout our SAP-ERP network and SAP project teams to analyze, recommend, develop and provide on-going support of SAP security roles

• Partner with Center of Excellence (COE) teams and project Subject Mater Experts (SME) to ensure delivery of an integrated enterprise job role SAP security structure that meets business process requirements.
  
• Coordinate all aspects of the job role management process with COEs and project SMEs.
  
• Support ERP Key User Education team in delivery and sustainability of Key User Trainer network roles.
  
• Provide technical expertise and enterprise guidance to ensure an effective, integrated job and security role structure.
  
• Work a schedule of 40+ hour weeks when needed to meet customer demand.
  
  Basic Required Qualifications must include:
  
• A Bachelors degree along with 2+ years of relevant experience in a IT role with some project related experience
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications
  
• Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship
  
  Preferred Qualifications should include:
  
• Prior experience in a computer security role
  
• Some familiarity with SAP in either a support role, security role or end user role.
  
• Demonstrated skills and knowledge in the use of sequel processes
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies/practices,
